Why should buyers use a local lender
I recommend to all of my buyers they should use a local lender. This is the biggest purchase. You need a direct contact number, not a 1800 number. It would be best if you had someone in your time zone. I’ve had significant delays due to buyers not using a local lender. If you are thinking of making a move, I have some great lender partners I could set you up with to help you get pre-qualified before we start the hunt for your dream home!
